Australian First – Reevoo to provide traveller reviews for Travel Indochina

In an Australian first, Travel Indochina has partnered with independent ratings and review provider, Reevoo, to display customer reviews of its Small Group Journeys and destinations on its website,

Travel Indochina’s customers will be able to provide direct feedback on all aspects of their tours – including accommodation, the content of their holiday, tour leaders and local guides, value for money and provide an overall rating, leaving their unedited comments on Travel Indochina’s website. They can also rate destinations to help prospective passengers consider where to travel.

According to Travel Indochina’s managing director, Paul Hole, this is the first time in Australia that a tour operator has provided clients the opportunity to review a company’s product directly on their website, open for view by the general public.

“Some would say it’s a brave move to allow our clients to rate our products based on their experiences and share it so openly with the public,” said Paul, “but we stand by the quality of our tours and our team, so we’re happy to be completely transparent about the feedback we get.

“In a world where peer reviews play an influential role in the research stage of planning for a trip, we want to give our travellers a voice in the process and an opportunity to share their experiences.

“Our post trip surveys consistently demonstrate our clients’ high level of satisfaction with their tours, and we’d like to be able to share this with prospective passengers. Likewise, we don’t shy away from negative feedback – we take the input very seriously and view it as a chance to continually improve our holidays.”

Reevoo Chief Marketing Officer, Peter Simpson, also agreed with the benefits of partnership.
