Reevoo’s first car manufacturer client Kia has won two digital awards for ‘Best Manufacturer Digital Initiative’ and ‘Digital Initiative of the Year’ at the 2014 AM Awards at a ceremony held at the International Convention Centre in Birmingham.
The awards recognise Kia’s customer review work in association with Reevoo. Since April 2012, Kia has
published over 10,000 unfiltered, independently-verified reviews by Reevoo on its UK website www.kia.co.uk managed by e3 media. The reviews form part of a fully integrated marketing campaign that takes its inspiration from these reviews, and highlights real customer comments and thoughts about their cars.
John Bache, Head of Customer Communications at Kia Motors said of the wins:

Kia was the first vehicle manufacturer to publish genuine, unfiltered, independently-verified owner reviews – making itself openly accountable to its customers. Reevoo is an independent third party review organisation and the 10,000 customer reviews shows an average product satisfaction rating to date of nine out of ten and can be seen at www.kia.co.uk/reviews

Another accolade at the AM Awards went to Bolton Kia which was shortlisted for the ‘Best Dealership’ Award. Bolton Kia has seen a nine per cent growth in sales in 2013, retail sales up by 19 per cent, with total sales in the last five years up 170 percent to 2012.
