Kia and Reevoo roll out in Europe with framework agreement

London, UK, 13 June 2016 – Kia Motors Europe has this week announced a five-year European framework agreement with user-generated content (UGC) platform Reevoo. The deal will cover new car, dealership and after-sales service reviews, as well as Reevoo’s peer-to-peer Q&A tool, Conversations.

Each of Kia’s 29 European operations will be able to opt-in to Reevoo’s unique UGC collection and display platform. Reevoo’s genuine customer content, marked with its Trustmark, will be embedded on pages to improve Kia’s search performance and Kia customer service advisors will have the opportunity to reply to reviews publicly.

Michael Cole, Chief Operating Officer at Kia Motors Europe, commented that the deal indicated the way Kia values the voice of its customers. “We’ve been working with Reevoo for a long time now, and through many phases – and this latest one is our biggest step yet. It just shows that the work we do together has great effect – both externally, to our customers, and internally in the way we organize our business and manufacture our product.”
