Reevoo makes curation smarter with its new Content hub

LONDON, UK – User-generated content collection platform Reevoo has launched new AI technology as part of its client portal, myReevoo. To complement the existing apps that provide the ability to respond to reviews and questions, search content, and monitor the effectiveness of Reevoo solutions, brands will now be able to better leverage their experiential customer content.

Experiences helps brands collect tailored content from their genuine customers, to support their brand message and content strategy. The latest beta release will give brands better visibility of their Experiences content and help them share the most influential customer stories and photos more seamlessly beyond their website.

Reevoo’s chief innovation officer, Edwin Bos, says the new Content hub application validates the direction the company is heading in.

“We’ve always advocated our clients using influential content from their customers beyond the website. Our latest innovation will better enable that, from the ability to download and share, through to leveraging existing AI as well as our own to surface the most influential content and make images easily filterable.”

Experiences content shows how products and services fit into people’s lives. Sharing this content throughout the purchase journey can help to increase awareness of a brand’s message, all the way through to encouraging advocacy.
